Erik is passionate about helping people, proud to live in Canada's capital city, and feels fortunate for being a father to three amazing boys. His motivation for founding 3% Anderson Ottawa is the belief that real estate can be an ultimately positive experience for all parties involved while helping people save money on commission. Erik has given his full efforts to his past careers; school teacher for 12 years, working with Residential School Survivors, coaching athletics and now 10 plus years in real estate. When the phone goes away you can find Erik coaching on the field and in the gym or jumping on a plane for a sunny vacation.
